Privacy Policy

What we store

• Your account: email address and name from the sign-in method you chose.
• Your organization: members and their roles, approval settings, verified domains, and the GitHub repository you connected.
• Skill content: mirrored from your repository so we can offer search and version history.
• An audit log: who published, approved, changed a role or changed a plan, and when.

What we don’t store

Payment card details — those go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Contact form submissions are forwarded by email and not kept in our database.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the service: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and GitHub for the repository connection.

Your GitHub access

We connect through a GitHub App scoped to the repositories you select, with the narrowest permissions that let us open and merge pull requests. Access tokens are short-lived, never logged, and never sent to your browser.

Deleting your data

Ask and we will delete your organization and everything in it. Your GitHub repository is not ours to delete, and stays exactly as it is.
